  • 4+ years of engineering management experience, including managing teams of 6+ engineers across various levels, including Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs)

  • Own and drive the delivery of scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions while adhering to industry best practices
  • Oversee system architecture, ensuring it supports scalability, performance, and future business growth
  • Set and enforce high standards for code quality, system reliability, and operational excellence
  • Proactively manage risks, including technical debt and system vulnerabilities, while balancing innovation with stability
  • Act as a key liaison between engineering and other departments, ensuring cross-functional alignment and smooth collaboration
  • Collaborate with UX and product teams to ensure technical feasibility and seamless integration of user experience in designs
  • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Define and track KPIs and metrics to evaluate team performance, system health, and project outcomes
  • Leverage analytics, telemetry, and customer feedback to inform decisions and continuously improve processes and products
  • Drive transparency and clarity in decision-making, ensuring principles and data guide key outcomes
  • Champion the use of modern front-end technologies and design systems to deliver intuitive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces
  • Partner with customer success and support teams to incorporate user feedback into product design and functionality improvements
