Requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience partnering with executive leadership to build high-performing teams and drive organizational change.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp business objectives and translate them into impactful talent and organizational decisions.
  • Proven experience developing and executing annual organizational and talent plans that prioritize talent needs and drive measurable results, including high employee engagement and optimal role alignment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and use data to influence decision-making.
  • Experience diagnosing and developing leadership team capabilities at the senior executive level, with courage and candor.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across the HR function and with executive teams, both within and outside of core client groups.
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with executives, managers, and employees at all levels.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Chief Architect and Architecture leadership team to develop and execute organizational and talent strategies aligned with Workday's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the development of a multi-year roadmap for critical organizational changes, leveraging workforce analytics to monitor progress and measure impact.
  • Provide expert guidance and support for M&A activities, including integrating acquired companies and products into the P&T organization.
  • Deliver executive coaching to senior leaders, fostering their development and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary HR leader for the Architecture leadership team, providing counsel and guidance on all people-related matters.
  • Lead and execute cyclical talent processes, including annual compensation planning, talent calibration, and succession planning.
  • Effectively leverage Workday's HR ecosystem of experts in areas such as performance management, manager coaching, people analytics, investigations, and D&I.
  • Lead and contribute to key projects and programs within the PBP team, designed to advance functional talent strategies across P&T.
