Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Source, engage, and build relationships with executive candidates aligned with Conscious Talent’s mission and ethos.
  • Manage full-cycle search processes across a range of executive functions (e.g., technology, product, marketing, sales, operations, finance).
  • Collaborate closely with Conscious Talent leadership to refine search strategies and client alignment.
  • Conduct deep candidate assessments that honor both hard skills and personal growth journeys.
  • Maintain and cultivate our growing talent network with authenticity and care.
  • Help create an experience for candidates that is warm, human, and deeply respectful.
  • Integrate inner work values such as presence, discernment, and conscious communication into the recruiting process.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience recruiting in high-growth startup, VC-backed, or mission-driven environments.
  • Deep network of values-aligned executive talent across industries.
