Position: SLS + (Semi Technical)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Search Language Specialist with fluency in Hindi and English to join our research team. This role is crucial in ensuring our software is effectively localized for global markets, with a focus on adapting search functionalities, UI elements, and content to meet the linguistic and cultural expectations of diverse users.

In this position, you will engage in structured conversations with various Generative AI tools, evaluate their performance, and provide detailed feedback.

Your insights will directly contribute to the fine-tuning of our in-house GenAI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct voice-based evaluations of Generative AI tools by engaging in real-time conversations.Analyze and compare AI outputs across multiple tools and provide structured, detailed feedback.

Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to improve language accuracy, cultural relevance, and user experience.

Work under pressure and think quickly to adapt to dynamic testing scenarios.Contribute to the development of evaluation frameworks and help refine AI model performance.

Required Qualifications:

Native or near-native fluency in Hindi and English, with excellent spoken communication skills in both languages.

Experience in localization, especially in adapting search functionalities and UI content is appreciated.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.Comfortable with voice-based interactions and evaluations.

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 2-4yrs

Location: India (Bangalore)

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with or evaluating Generative AI tools.Background in linguistics, language technology, or computational linguistics.

Familiarity with AI/ML model training or evaluation processes.
