  • 5+ years of experience in software product delivery, project management, or technical business analysis.
  • Proven track record delivering successful software or digital products end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Monday.com, or similar.
Responsibilities
  • Own the product backlog, roadmap, and feature prioritization in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to track product performance.
  • Define, manage, and track delivery timelines, milestones, and resourcing across multiple initiatives.
  • Create and maintain project plans, scope documents, and delivery frameworks.
  • Facilitate Agile Kanban processes including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous delivery planning.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate delivery risks and dependencies.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specs, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to validate feasibility and technical approaches.
  • Support QA/UAT processes by defining test cases, validating deliverables, and ensuring quality standards.
  • Serve as a bridge between business units, product stakeholders, and development teams.

  • Background in both technical environments and business strategy.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software development stacks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps culture.
  • Product management certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) and project management credentials (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM).

Universal Logistics Blames Falling Demand For Weak First Quarter

Transportation and supply chain provider Universal Logistics Holdings said lagging demand for auto parts contributed to a sluggish first quarter. Universal Logistics’ (NASDAQ: ULH) first-quarter operating revenue decreased 22.3% year over year to $382.4 million. First-quarter earnings per share came in at 23 cents per share, an 88% year-over-year decrease. “The overall freight environment remained sluggish, and our largest vertical, automotive, saw a slowdown in January but improved as the quarter progressed,” CEO Tim Phillips said during a call with analysts Friday. “While the results of this quarter were below our historical benchmarks, we remain confident in the resilience of our business model.” The company released first-quarter financial results after the market closed on Thursday.
