Who is Evans Wealth Strategies (EWS)?

We are the team that takes care of the financial planning and investment needs of people who are serious about their long-term goals. Our tagline is “working to bring you financial happiness.” We take what we do very seriously but we don’t take ourselves very seriously. Our team works collaboratively to put the needs of clients first. We are currently on Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisors* and Top Women’s, Best-In-State Wealth Advisors**.

This position is arguably one of the most important positions at EWS. This person is the first face or voice any client or clients see or hear. By greeting all clients, this position truly is our first impression, and thus, extremely important. This person will receive daily mentoring from one of our team members. We will provide training, so you won’t have to do this alone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work to imprint our brand onto all people who interact with EWS

• Open and close the office daily, overseeing facility setup for daily operation

• Manage the front desk to include greeting visitors, answering phones and cleaning up meeting rooms after use.

• Handle general office inventorying, ordering and organization.

• Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, interviews, appointments and/or other similar activities, which may include coordinating travel and lodging arrangements.

• Provide backup and support, assisting with projects and tasks such as scanning, filing, mailings or events as needed

• Assist Financial Advisors/Sales Assistants with any additional tasks as needed

• Composes and edits correspondence from verbal direction or knowledge of established policies

• May prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit, and distribute agendas and minutes of meetings

• Establishes, maintains and updates files, databases, records and/or other documents

• Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude and high level of attention to detail

Skills and Qualifications:

• Warm, friendly, and positive communication style

• Active listening

• Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

• Work collaboratively within a team environment

• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

*Forbes Top Wealth Advisors Best-in-State (2024) The Forbes Top Wealth Advisors Best-In-State 2024 ranking, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, mostly gained through telephone and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. This ranking is based upon the period from 6/30/2022 to 6/30/2023 and was released on 4/3/2024. Those advisors that are considered have a minimum of seven years of experience, and the algorithm weights factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass best practices in their practices and approach to working with clients.
