- 3+ years of experience working with the Jira and Confluence at an administrative level
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or evidence of exceptional ability
- Working knowledge of Atlassian Insight, OpsGenie, Atlassian Access, Trello a nice to have
- Expertise in upgrading and maintaining the platform, creating and managing dashboards and filters, integrating with other systems, and administration of workflows, schemes and custom fields
- Working knowledge of managing Atlassian tools within a Linux environment, particularly in a clustered environment
- Ability to recognize, analyze and solve problems in a timely manner
- Highly collaborative with the ability to interact with all organizational levels
- Ability to work effectively within database schemas using SQL
- Ability to design workflows and automations of intermediate complexity
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all Atlassian-related products, including Jira, Confluence, Insight, OpsGenie, Trello, etc
- Develop reports, dashboards and processes to continuously monitor data and process integrity
- Manage ongoing support requests and administrative user needs
- Create documentation for users
- Coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions
- Manage administrative tasks, including project creation, workflow administration, user access provisioning, backups, data importing, security best practice management and change management
- Work closely with business stakeholders to capture, discuss and design enhancements and business processes
- Additional duties as assigned
