  • Proven leadership in growth marketing, with a strong background in both developer-focused and enterprise sales strategies, and in building a world-class team
  • Expertise in marketing operations, performance analytics, and A/B testing to drive measurable results and optimize campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute growth strategies across PLG, paid, organic, and enterprise sales channels, driving both developer and enterprise customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with co-sell partners to develop joint marketing initiatives that drive enterprise sales and expand Deepgram’s reach.
  • Oversee demand generation, content marketing, SEO, PLG strategies, digital marketing, and marketing operations to ensure effective and scalable growth.
  • Utilize performance analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement across all channels.
  • Collaborate with senior executives, including CEO, COO, Chief Strategy Officer, VP of Product, and VP of Partners.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working in or with enterprise SaaS companies, particularly in developer tools or AI/ML products.
