Prophet acquires JBi Digital to expand end-to-end digital capabilities.

Prophet acquires JBi Digital to expand end-to-end digital capabilities. Aug. 04, 2026 Leading strategy and creative firm Prophet has expanded its digital offering by acquiring JBi Digital, an award-winning London-based digital transformation agency. The acquisition brings JBi Digital's website development capabilities into Prophet's broader service offering, enabling the consultancy to offer more holistic opportunities in website design and build to clients across EMEA, including the UK, Germany, Middle East, and Switzerland. The acquisition will also better enable Prophet to support more web-based projects for its clients in the United States. Founded in 2008, JBi Digital brings proven expertise in designing and delivering large-scale digital platforms for enterprise, public sector and regulated-sector clients. By combining Prophet's expertise in growth and business transformation with JBi's digital strategy and technical execution capabilities, the acquisition will provide an integrated service across the entire value chain, from inception through to execution and ongoing optimization of digital products and experiences. The acquisition will also enable JBi Digital to serve its existing clients under the Prophet umbrella while expanding its capabilities through access to Prophet's broader strategic and transformation expertise, enhancing the value it delivers to clients. Tobias Bärschneider, Senior Partner and EMEA Regional Lead, Prophet said: "Clients increasingly want one partner that can connect growth strategy with delivery. This acquisition is a natural and intentional evolution of Prophet's capabilities, enhancing our ability to combine strategy, experience, technology and execution to help clients close the gap between ambition and impact. This acquisition strengthens our end-to-end capabilities across EMEA and expands the support we can offer clients undertaking complex website and digital transformation programs in North America." David Gelb, Cofounder and Managing Director, JBi Digital, said: "Joining Prophet feels like the natural next chapter. For nearly two decades, JBi has been built on three things: longevity, technical excellence, and a commitment to our people. We have nurtured deep client partnerships grounded in trust and delivery excellence. Prophet gives us the strategic platform to broaden what we offer whilst keeping the personal, hands-on approach our clients value. And it opens remarkable opportunities for our team to grow, collaborate with world-class strategists, and tackle more ambitious work together." Raj Bawa, Cofounder and Operations Director, JBi Digital, said: "At JBi Digital, we've always believed in building trusted partnerships and delivering digital transformation with excellence. Joining Prophet brings together two highly complementary businesses, giving our clients access to broader expertise while continuing to receive the quality, security and service they expect from us." Behaviour, accelerated: SCA & Seven host exclusive Insights breakfast in Sydney.

Behaviour, accelerated: SCA & Seven host exclusive Insights breakfast in Sydney. This week, over 200 key clients and agencies attended SCA and Seven's Insights Breakfast at Capella in Sydney. Hosted by Luke Minto, SCA's National Head of Total Audio Sales, the Behaviour, Accelerated event looked at how Australians are really spending their time - and what that means for brands navigating an increasingly fragmented media landscape. A series of panels explored the findings of a report by decision intelligence platform Prophet, examining how Australian consumer behaviour continues to evolve across media and platforms - as well as the latest developments in audience targeting, data and measurement across SCA and Seven. The event wrapped up with a discussion on the role of quality journalism in today's media landscape, featuring Ray Kuka, Seven Director News Integration and Strategy, Sacha Barbour Gatt from LiSTNR's The Briefing and Michael Usher from Seven News. Olly Newton, Group Digital Commercial Director and Kim Loasby, Head of Digital Ad Product and Operations, presented insights that combine data, technology and audience intelligence to help advertisers work smarter. Jasmine Beech, Head of SCA IQ and Charlie Brown, National Head of Strategy & Partnerships, spoke of how media fragmentation stability has given way to unpredictability. The Prophet study noted that decisions rarely happen in a single moment. Awareness is built over time, and by the time a consumer searches for a brand, much of the work has already been done. The report looked beyond the point of conversion to examine how demand is actually formed and what marketers risk overlooking when measurement focuses too narrowly on where demand is captured rather than how it is created. The key takeaway? Demand already existed before the click. Marketing determined where it went. "People don't begin their journey with a specific brand in mind. In the case of electric vehicles, the decision starts at a category level. Consumers decide they want an electric vehicle, and only then does brand preference begin to take shape." "That distinction is where marketing plays its role." Southern Cross Media Group says its partnership with Prophet removes the uncertainty from cross-media planning. For marketers focused only on the click, the result will be increased efficiency in capturing existing demand. But for those who understand how demand is formed, there is an opportunity to do something more powerful to influence it. Jordan Taylor-Bartels, Prophet CEO, said "Marketing has spent decades getting better at measuring what happened yesterday. The next decade belongs to organisations that understand what creates tomorrow's demand." "That's the difference between reporting on growth and engineering it." Yesterday's event was attended by a host of Southern Cross Media Group representatives, including Managing Director and CEO Rohan Lund, Managing Director - Audio John Kelly and Chief People Officer Rebecca Ackland. In this newly expanded role, Abram will translate BBH's enterprise vision into a coherent, scalable product strategy - defining the enterprise product operating model and governance, identifying opportunities and investment priorities across the portfolio, and shaping the end-to-end product lifecycle to drive long-term value for clients and the firm. Known for blurring the lines between concept, business case, and implementation plan, Abram brings expertise across market research, design thinking, innovation and development best practices, and client experience. He is a longtime student of how people think, feel, and act - and applies that human-centered perspective to every stage of the product lifecycle. Prophet and lyzr create a new partnership to provide strategic and applied AI capability to the market.

Prophet and lyzr create a new partnership to provide strategic and applied AI capability to the market. June 17, 2026 Duo expects to accelerate B2B AI adoption and generate more than $100 million over the next 3 years. NEW YORK, SAN FRANCISCO - As businesses have looked for ways to harness AI and create value from their investments, the missing link has been applying AI to augment strategic business planning, commercial and marketing operations, and customer intelligence. To address this gap, Lyzr, the category leader in enterprise AI agent infrastructure, and Prophet, the global strategy and creative firm, today announced a three-year global partnership to bring AI agents and operations to Prophet's suite of Fortune 500 clients and beyond. The combined go-to-market and solutions model will help clients concept, build, deploy and optimize autonomous software systems within their organizations to augment operations and unlock growth opportunities. Key areas Lyzr and Prophet will explore include systemizing change management, aligning to growth targets, and developing new products and markets. The companies expect to generate more than $100 million over three years. "We're designing and delivering AI+human workflows that produce measurable business growth, not tactical changes that lead to one-time cost take-outs," said Michael Dunn, Chairman & CEO of Prophet. "Combining strategic growth analysis with enterprise technology activation will let clients reimagine and seize opportunities faster and more powerfully." Specifically, Lyzr and Prophet will field combined teams of strategic and creative consultants with AI engineers to support a dedicated Agentic Solutions service line. The team will help clients deploy pragmatic and timely GenAI agents and platforms with clear business impact missions and technical flexibility. "By combining Lyzr's agent infrastructure and technical resources with Prophet through our OEM model, companies now have a way to run business management as a living, intelligent end-to-end system," said Siva Surendira, Founder and CEO of Lyzr. "Prophet brings the judgment and the craft, and a proven record of helping clients unlock new paths to revenue and market share in modern and unique ways. Together we are charting a course the rest of the market will follow." "The time has come for AI to cross the bridge between technical feasibility and business benefits," said Chan Suh, Senior Partner and Chief Digital Officer at Prophet. "We are leveraging the power of AI to help our clients serve their customers better and generate the impact they seek for their growth." The partnership marks Prophet's latest move in AI development. The company launched the AI Accelerator Network last fall, which counts as members expert AI companies including Quilt.ai, Aaru, Consumr.ai, and Jasper.
