  • 8+ years proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2C tech company or experience driving quantitative business objectives
  • Product and Business sense to understand revenue levers from a product perspective
  • Proven outcome focused delivery: A track record of leading projects from ideation through completion with quantifiable and measurable outcomes
  • Time management and prioritization: Ability to prioritize the highest ROI projects and tasks to maximize impact
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross functionally, persuade others and influence outcomes
  • Strong verbal and written communication to drive product strategy, roadmap, specs as well as consensus and communication across cross functional stakeholders and leadership
  • Ability to/ experience in navigating delivery with high level of visibility from Executive and other senior leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a strong outcome focused, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
  • Lead and collaborate cross functionally on the ideation, design, technical development and launch of optimizations and new capabilities that will help users date more efficiently while helping Hinge drive new revenue
  • Clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across the organization from partner teams to executives
  • Work closely with other product teams, design, data, research, engineering teams to ensure alignment, and effective execution
  • Collaborate closely with our executive leaders and finance team on roadmaps that ensure we meet our annual targets as well as maintain consistent communication with Hinge’s external stakeholders on revenue progress
