The Team:
The Agile Excellence team within the Digital Solutions group is a dedicated unit that champions the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to enhance process efficiency and collaboration across the organization. This team works closely with stakeholders from various divisions to identify pain points and optimize workflows, ensuring that Agile principles are effectively integrated into project delivery. By fostering open communication and providing training on SAFe methodologies, the Agile Excellence team not only drives continuous improvement but also empowers teams to adapt quickly to changing business needs, ultimately leading to more successful project outcomes and greater organizational agility.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Project Support: Collaborate with project managers to support the execution of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Documentation: Help in documenting business processes, project plans, and user requirements to ensure clarity and alignment among team members.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in processes and project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and discuss project milestones.
- Improved Efficiency: Help streamline project workflows and documentation practices, leading to increased efficiency and reduced project timelines.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $25 to $30. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled as a junior in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with data analysis tools and project management software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute positively to group dynamics.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assist in data interpretation and business decision-making.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and project documentation.
