Responsibilities
  • Work closely with production team to inspect, test, and document the quality of components
  • Perform thorough inspections of machined components using various measuring instruments and techniques
  • Ensure that all products meet specified tolerances, industry and quality standards, and customer requirements
  • Accurately document inspection results, maintain detailed records, and prepare inspection reports
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and address quality issues, deviations, or discrepancies
  • Assist in root cause analysis for quality-related problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and suggestions for enhancing manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
  • Ensure that measuring equipment and tools are properly calibrated and maintained
  • Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality standards and inspection techniques
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure 'tour ready' status
  • Other duties as assigned by management
