- Minimum of ten years of experience in a field relative to the position (construction or service) and four or more years of experience as a Plumbing Project Manager
- Possession of valid driver’s license with a good record of driving
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Knowledge of applicable industry specific Code, OSHA guidelines and safety requirements, and safe work practices
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong plumbing aptitude
- Kentucky Plumbing Journeyman License
- Coordinate projects from request/PO, field installation, and close out of job
- Ensure that the work is performed in a timely, profitable, and safe manner while meeting or exceeding the department’s quality and customer service standards and demonstrating the company’s core values
- Lead and manage assigned Plumbing Project Managers
- Pre-work coordination and documentation (estimate review, budgets, ordering large items, and handoff to jobsite foreman)
- Review of schedules and deadlines or any potential issues
- Requisition of material, small tools, and equipment needed for work to begin
- Mentoring and coaching of employees
- Maintain customer relationships
- Schedule final inspections
- Gather and organize customer documentation
- Ensure all documentation in order for final billing
- Review final billings prior to being sent to customer
- Help to ensure safe job sites and maintain company assets (tools, equipment, vehicles, etc.)
- Other duties, as assigned
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to ensure a productive and motivated workforce
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Administrative duties: in progress review of budgets and job schedules, document, price, and bill change orders
- Manpower coordination and requests (48-hour notification preferred)
- 25% Job oversight: Pre-work coordination and documentation (estimate review, budgets, ordering large items, and handoff to jobsite foreman)
- 25% Leadership and Management: Lead and manage assigned project managers, site supervisors, and field staff. Promote the company’s Core Values.
- 5 or more years of experience as a Plumbing Project Manager
- Kentucky Master Plumbing License
