  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research to help define customer segments and pain points
  • Establish an actionable messaging strategy that is communicated consistently throughout the customer journeys of both our Security and IT/Networking target personas
  • Create a clear framework for measuring the impact and effectiveness of your product marketing strategy
  • Provide market research and competitive analysis to progress product and technology strategy

  • 10+ years' experience in roles of increasing responsibility supporting Product & Solutions Marketing, with demonstrated and impactful results such as go-to-market strategy, narrative building, and product and solutions revenue growth
  • Expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS required, with a strong preference for expertise in cybersecurity and/or networking
  • Demonstrable talent synthesizing complex technology topics into persuasive narratives and diagrams that enable customers to rapidly grasp our differentiators and value and enable sales teams to effectively communicate the same
  • Experience leading cross-functional, global teams
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking and ability to influence across organizations
  • Proven track record of building, developing, and elevating a high-performing team
  • Entrepreneurial drive
