Requirements
  • At least 6 years of past work experience within System Administration/Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Okta (SSO, MFA, LCM, Workflows, etc.)
  • Expert at Endpoint Management products, preferably utilizing JAMF and Intune
  • Experience with Google Workspace Enterprise and common administration tasks
  • Familiar with networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Subnets, etc.) and best practices
  • Understanding of general IT Process Automation (APIs, webhooks, flows, and triggers)
  • Ability to research and analyze information technology problems, issues, and project requirements
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with members of the IT team on day-to-day infrastructure administration, projects, migrations, new technology deployments, and process improvements
  • Be an escalation point and offer mentorship to the colleagues on the IT Helpdesk
  • Administration and management of Endpoint Management (JAMF and Intune) systems including zero-touch configuration, patch management, and policy changes
  • Ensure the IT onboarding and offboarding automation process runs smoothly while improving and adding functionality (Okta Workflows and Airtable)
  • Manage application access for a various stack of SaaS products including Atlassian, Adobe, Zoom, Tableau, AWS, Slack, and others (We embrace a SaaS-first approach)
  • Vulnerability management for endpoints and IT servers to meet security compliance (Crowdstrike)
  • Manage Okta, including troubleshooting issues and configuring new applications, policies, and features
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in computer and networking technology and make recommendations for improvements
  • Identify opportunities for automation (Automate all the things!)
  • Create and maintain both internal technical and user-facing knowledge base documents
  • Monitor and support our corporate network across multiple countries (Meraki Experience a plus)
  • There will be times when this role is required to occasionally support go-lives or maintenance that occurs off-hours and on weekends
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with bulk user migrations/acquisitions is a plus
  • ZScaler experience is a plus
