Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years in a similar role and in a software development environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management or another relevant field
  • Knowledge of the Agile product development process
  • Experience and interest in complex B2B applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Responsibilities
  • Participate in defining and translating requirements into user stories.
  • Manage, maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on the needs of the various stakeholders (operations, development team, sales, account managers and customers) as well as dependencies.
  • Collaborate with the development team to define feasible, resilient and scalable features.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to measure the performance of our applications and analyze various sources of usage data such as: Analytics, application logs, etc.
  • Manage the scope and expectations of stakeholders at all stages of the lifecycle, from feature identification to production delivery.
  • Be the primary link between stakeholders.
  • Work daily with development pods to facilitate implementation, testing and deployment of features in an agile environment
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed and understand the content of deliveries, participate in the coordination of technical teams to ensure a consistent view of deliveries within agreed timelines.
  • Work closely with other product owners and the product team.
