Requirements
  • 4+ Years of work experience in HR roles, with at least 2+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferably with a concentration in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Excel and similar tools for organizing, manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing HR data
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Skilled with handling multiple intricate issues and prioritizing projects simultaneously

  • Manage employee engagement and retention programs to reduce turnover
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to create and implement value-added programs
  • Assist in conducting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support wider T&C initiatives including DE&I, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition functions
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
