  • Product Leadership: You’ll lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of digital products from concept through launch and ongoing enhancement. This includes facilitating discovery workshops, defining MVPs, prioritizing features, maintaining product roadmaps, and ensuring alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical execution. You’ll serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products while proactively identifying opportunities for innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Agile Product Management: You’ll manage product backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and release execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. You’ll collaborate with development teams to define acceptance criteria, track dependencies, improve workflows, and optimize team velocity while ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: You’ll translate business strategy into actionable product plans, balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision. This includes developing annual roadmaps, measuring feature adoption and product success metrics, evaluating market trends and emerging technologies, and presenting roadmap updates and financial impacts to leadership teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll partner closely with internal teams including engineering, QA, UX/UI, project management, marketing, business development, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery. You’ll communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences while fostering strong working relationships across teams and clients.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: You’ll engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, align priorities, present solutions, and support onsite event activations as needed. Your ability to build trust, facilitate discussions, and communicate effectively will help drive successful project outcomes and long-term partnerships.
  • Operational & Process Excellence: You’ll advocate for continuous improvement across product development processes, documentation standards, release management, support planning, and team collaboration. You’ll help identify and remove blockers, improve operational efficiency, and ensure tools, workflows, and documentation remain organized, scalable, and effective.
  • Technical & Analytical Mindset: You’re comfortable navigating technical discussions related to software development, integrations, analytics, security compliance, and product architecture. You use data, user feedback, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuously improve the user experience.

Responsibilities
