Requirements
  • Three to five years in luxury transient sales, with depth in entertainment, corporate, consortia and wholesale markets
  • Strong existing relationships in the entertainment, fashion, and executive travel ecosystem
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Opera, Agency360, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Professional demeanor with high EQ and strong negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute complex business development plans
  • Experience with high-touch luxury service standards and confidential client management
  • Travel flexibility for roadshows, industry events, and client entertainment
  • Possesses a gracious, professional, and approachable demeanor reflective of a luxury brand
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills; thrives in fast-paced environments with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining positive interdepartmental relationships
  • Physically able to stand or walk for extended shifts (up to 8 hours or more) and respond quickly to guest or client needs
  • Must be able to lift, twist, push, pull, bend, climb, and carry objects as needed for site inspections or event prep
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English
  • Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, in varying conditions, based on business demand
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and safety laws, including equal employment opportunity, wage and hour regulations, and occupational safety compliance

Responsibilities
  • Architect and execute strategic initiatives to grow revenue across corporate, consortia, wholesale, and entertainment transient channels
  • Build and sustain high-level relationships with global production companies, executive travel planners, artist management firms, and corporate travel managers
  • Lead RFP and contracting processes with precision, aligning rate strategies with Delano’s brand positioning and revenue objectives
  • Develop targeted account plans with KPIs, market segmentation analysis, and ROI projections
  • Represent the property at premier forums, red-carpet events, and global travel showcases
  • Collaborate with revenue and marketing teams to forecast transient trends and recalibrate strategies accordingly
  • Create and lead compelling client presentations and immersive hotel experiences
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records, performance analytics, and sales pipelines
  • Leverage industry data to assess competitive positioning and identify white-space opportunities
  • Serve as an internal liaison to ensure seamless execution of guest experiences for VIP travelers and strategic partners
