Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years of business analyst experience, preference SAP experience in Order To Cash
  • BE/ BTech in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Understanding of the SAP component area relevant to the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and other modules
  • Great to have worked in 1 end to end implementation project
  • Familiar with a variety of project methodologies, tools, and frameworks from multiple industries / businesses
  • Experience in SAP support, experience working in a customer service oriented environment
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • High energy, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse remote teams, managing through a matrix structure, and will require strong analytical skills, process & project management, combined with well-developed team leadership and influencing skills
  • Agile methodology experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level presentations
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving and process management skills
  • Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash processes, including pricing, order management, and billing
Responsibilities
  • Collaborates closely with the business to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
  • Conduct thorough analysis to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) modules to design and implement effective solutions
  • Perform testing, provide training, and define support procedures and implementation processes. Resolve system issues and recommend and implement SAP best practices
  • Work to align strategic goals with SAP technology to achieve desired business outcomes. Analyze, define, and develop solutions and work collaboratively with project management, functional, and technical teams to ensure projects align with governance and strategic business requirements
  • Drives small to medium sized projects with planning, development, and implementation of system solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback and provide updates on project progress
  • Effectively uses ITIL methodology in performing all tasks
  • Creates systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to application developers
  • Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems

Owens & Minor names Darby Thompson VP of Strategic Business Development. April 7, 2026- Darby Thompson is joining Owens & Minor as Vice President (VP), Strategic Business Development and will report to Dean Huibregtse, Senior Vice President (SVP) Strategic Business Development. After working in various Commercial Account roles at Owens & Minor in the early 2000s, Darby went on to lead business development strategies in the industry and most recently served as the Director of Health System Strategy at Hanger Clinic. He is bringing his over 25 years of healthcare experience and a proven track record in business development with IDNs and GPOs to Owens & Minor.
