The Opportunity
Euna’s consulting team is a group of experts in software systems for government and not-for-profit agencies. Working closely with the systems implementation managers, you will bring your firepower wherever needed: to the implementation of our software, to our customer success managers, our sales engineers, and most importantly directly to our customers. Reporting to the Manager, Professional Services, at any time you will be leading multiple engagements each ranging from 10’s of hours, to 100’s of hours. Your deliverables include business process analysis and improvement, organizational change management, coaching, configuring systems and data to model our customers’ unique needs, specifying customizations, reports and integrations with 3rd party systems … and faithfully documenting all of the above. You may also take a project leadership role in our large, prestige, implementations.
Our software products are our customers’ key systems for grants management, budgeting, and procurement, as well as public facing portals for permitting and payments. Your area of expertise will initially focus on one of these but may, in time, span multiple domains.
As a prominent expert within the organization you will provide thought-leadership and innovation in the delivery of new services and product features. You may also take the opportunity to present webinars and speak at conferences.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of client software systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for the support and improvement of such processes through our software.
- Design solutions to meet customer’s specific requirements, including prototyping.
- Collaborate with development to design solutions which are feasible and viable.
- Provide guidance and support to clients reflective of prior experience.
- Deliver engaging technical product demonstrations.
- Prepare technical proposals and other materials which clearly articulate the intended outcome.
- Effective management of communication between clients, implementers, trainers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Basic project management of deliverables.
- Obtain in-depth knowledge of our services, and the technical capabilities of our products.
- Review strengths and weaknesses of competitive offerings.
- Stay current on industry trends and practices.
Aptitude
- Innovative out-of-the-box thinker (strong analytical and problem-solving skills)
- Comfortable taking the lead in workshops and similar team settings.
- Communication with a range of roles and personalities, from developers to c-suite managers.
- Good with data and complex concepts, business and technical.
Qualifications and Experience
Must-Have
- Batchelor’s degree or significant equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in software system implementation, or leadership in a government or not-for-profit agency with hands-on experience of systems.
- Deep know-how of cloud-based, SaaS, enterprise database software.
- Experience eliciting business processes and requirements, mapping to systems.
- Expertise with project management or professional services automation software (Jira, Asana, Monday, Autotask, Trello, …).
- Data management: Excel and reporting technologies such as SSRS and PowerBI.

- Professional qualifications in Grants Management, Project Management, Change Management, or Finance (CGMP, CGFM, PMP, CAPM, CCMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, CPA, etc).
- Knowledge of software integrations, including WebAPIs.
Location
This position will be hybrid 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.
