  • 5+ years of relevant experience in targeting at a Division level or higher
  • Strong communication skills to interface with military officials, managers, and subordinates
  • Knowledgeable of Army and Joint Targeting doctrine
  • Background, knowledge, and formal military training in UK Land Targeting, UK Joint Targeting, and NATO Targeting
  • Experience in high-level warfight exercises, tactical to strategic such as Bold Quest
  • Knowledge and formal training on artillery Fire Control systems as a user, such as FC-BISA, ComBAT, JADOCS, and JTS-FAST
  • Leadership or technical position at a DIV/BCT or higher with Joint experience
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting facts using appropriate data collection and dissemination tools/techniques
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable complex operational mission areas and program requirements
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight and function effectively as part of a geographically separated team
  • Experience developing Tactics, Techniques and Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, or other process documents
  • Experience performing tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications
  • Knowledge and formal training in Tactical Data Link management, such as Link 11/11A and L16 to include cursor on Target (CoT) protocols
  • Knowledge and training in Artillery sensors, specifically COBRA Radars
  • Knowledge and training in GBAD and air defense systems integration
  • Knowledge and training Sensor-to-shooter digital architecture design
  • Knowledge of Joint Task Force (JTF) Planning and Operations
  • Familiar with systems engineering processes for developing/documenting requirements
  • Experience leading Targeting Working Groups and/or Decision Boards
  • Support the development of the Joint Targeting Platform
  • Apply operational and technical career experience to integrate leading-edge R&D and commercial technology initiatives
  • Design, integrate, and manage delivered RII technologies and capabilities within the UK MoD
  • Collaborate with RII programme leads for operations and engineering
  • Provide support for demonstrations as a Targeting SME
  • Develop white papers and concept documents supporting product development and business development activities
