  • Experience leading or supervising a team in a laboratory environment.
  • Strong background in analytical chemistry, with knowledge of techniques such as HPLC, LCMS, NMR, TLC, RI, Karl Fischer, and potentiometric titration.
  • Experience in synthetic organic chemistry analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the QC team, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Drive a Right First Time approach by ensuring accurate and timely product testing, data recording, and analysis.
  • Maintain and enhance Quality Control Specifications (QCS) to reflect current testing standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing testing methods and develop new ones.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Oversee batch conformance reviews before submission to QA.
  • Investigate non-conformities, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Maintain and calibrate QC equipment to ensure accurate performance.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and technical advancements to drive innovation in QC processes.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering professional development and growth.
