Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 5+ years a global HR role and implementing initiatives across global teams
  • Have worked across time zones and cultures and be able to deliver through collaboration in a complex, networked/matrix global organization
  • Experience developing partnerships and influencing senior business leaders and navigating significant organizational change during periods of rapid growth and realignment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities and changing demand while delivering value-added and timely consultative services to employees and management using developed facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented individual with a strong passion to contribute to the team's success
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
