Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in demand planning/supply chain management within the consumer products industry
  • 3+ years' experience in a business analytics/financial role
  • Ability to draw insights across multiple complex data sets and incorporate into decision making
  • Interpret retail sales data and make proactive and productive recommendations
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast paced team environment
  • Past operational or sales experience with Amazon
  • Must have demonstrated strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products
  • Strong communication, organization, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects/initiatives, including communications to management
  • Preferred experience with creating and managing JBP annual plans
  • Must be highly detail oriented, able to set priorities, and juggle several tasks within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with a positive attitude
  • Ability to anticipate and/or identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to travel roughly once per quarter to the Boston area headquarters
Responsibilities
  • Become a leading resource on customer specific needs and requirements while providing timely communication to both the account and company ensuring you meet the needs and requirements of both
  • Coordinate and track sales performance to promotional expectations with sales analyst and help formulate a future shipment plan based on the results
  • Work closely with customer demand planning teams, sales director and sales analyst on all aspects of forecasting, inventory planning, orders, and supply chain management
  • Input the forecast in “SFO” System and update Data Governance on new additions and updated price lists to SFO
  • Conduct weekly meetings with customers' replenishment teams to recap prior week results and confirm changes affected positively and negatively to the sales
  • Manage a collaborative weekly ladder plan and lead monthly forecast meetings with customers' planning teams
  • Assist account planner and national account manager on annual budget planning
  • Coordinate customers' domestic/import orders with supply chain both in planning and availability dates
  • Track and communicate all PO changes to retail partner
  • Work with sales director on trade spend management. Input confirmed promotional plans into forecasting system
  • Work with accounting reconciling customers monthly/quarterly vendor income true-up
  • Coordinate monthly vendor income collection with retail partner
  • Partner with the sales director and sales analyst to coordinate and build customer presentations, monthly business reviews, weekly flash reports and monthly consensus deck
  • Quickly develop a working knowledge of the kitchen and floor care business from both a product and consumer basis for our product and our competitions
  • Communicate to internal partners weekly in-stocks/out of stock's along with a get-well strategy
  • Create and assist with managing the annual Joint Business Plan for all departments
  • Provide monthly financial update and conduct a deep dive analysis into key operational/sales performance metrics
  • Work closely with internal accounting team and third-party service to reconciling post audit claims
