- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering and land development design
- Proven project management and team leadership experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Manage all aspects of civil site and land development projects, from concept through construction
- Lead and mentor engineering and design teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency in project execution
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships
- Assist the Vice President with workload management, resource allocation, and business development activities
- Review and prepare design plans, reports, and specifications in compliance with local and state regulations
- Perform hands-on design work in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring deliverables meet company and client standards
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and permitting agencies to facilitate successful project approvals
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred — ability to obtain in one of the company’s operating states is a plus
- Experience managing projects across multiple jurisdictions (MD, VA, WV, or PA) is highly desirable
