Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in at least one state bar
  • A minimum of 6 years of legal practice experience, preferably with in-house exposure
  • Demonstrated expertise in US and global corporate finance law and transactional matters
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across diverse teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal guidance focusing on project finance, structured finance, corporate finance, other debt financing transactions, and corporate governance
  • Draft and negotiate a wide array of agreements including loan agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, guarantees, and project finance-related transaction documents
  • Play a key role in strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing arrangements, and joint ventures
  • Leverage expertise in project finance or corporate finance to drive support for large-scale projects and strategic initiatives
  • Supervise due diligence efforts conducted internally or by third parties
  • Collaborate with legal colleagues to facilitate customer relationships, negotiate agreements, and ensure post-execution compliance with contractual obligations
