Our MACHINERY MAINTENANCE MECHANIC applies working technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks in the repair of various types of mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: High School Diploma/GED
● Required Experience: 4+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with the knowledge and ability to perform repairs on electromechanical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic items
● Security Clearance Level: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
● Required Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge and understanding of precision measuring instruments to include calipers, torque wrenches, micrometers and gauges.
• Familiar with reading and understanding schematics, blueprints, operating procedures and drawings.
• Knowledge of painting and preservation applications, application of coatings and treatment and epoxy and fiberglass repairs.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $22.85 - $30.68. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
