About the Role:
As the Chief of Staff at Perpay, you will act as the CEO’s right hand and strategic partner to help run the day-to-day of the business. This includes supporting various functions such as meetings, project management, strategic planning, scheduling, compliance, fundraising, board preparation, and other ad hoc tasks. This role is the key to ensuring the CEO stays in touch with his team, and company as a whole. We’re looking for a “doctor” who knows how to keep a pulse - on all veins of the business. Someone who has potential to develop into a key contributor in another area of the business after 18-24 months. If you’re looking to learn all aspects of running a rapidly growing fintech startup, this is where you belong.

Responsibilities:
- Be a thought partner and strategic advisor: standing in on meetings, challenging ideas, offering a different perspective, etc.
- Providing tactical support to implement ideas, including special projects and initiatives
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, including scheduling and attending meetings, taking notes, planning travel
- Handle inquiries, develop action plans, and assist with preparation and dissemination of communications
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Self-starter; you don’t need detailed instructions to complete a task or project
- Aptitude for prioritization
- Has an eye for the long-term strategic vision, and can also operate in the details of short-term projects
- Team player; willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Curious, adaptable, & organized
- Experience in venture funded startup or fintech is a plus
- Project coordination experience is a plus
