Job Title: Licence Compliance Associate
Reports to: Senior Counsel Anti-Piracy & Licence Compliance
Region & Area: UK
The Job:
To assist across the legal operations team. This will include:
- Anti-Piracy and Licence Compliance
- Corporate
- Employment and Investigations
- Disputes
- Global dimension
Responsibilities:
- Supporting across the Legal Operations Team
- Assisting on global anti-piracy and licence compliance cases
- Disputes issues with partners, suppliers and customers both pre action and when proceedings are issued
- Assisting on HR matters with employee related issues
- The full range of corporate issues including intercompany aspects, m&a and legal entity rationalisation.

- Anti-Piracy and Licence Compliance Senior Counsel and wider team
- Director of Corporate
- Director of Litigation
- Director of Employment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to grasp and interpret complex data
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with internal teams
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of Intellectual Property laws
- Experience and/or exposure to the software industry (advantageous)
- Exposure to software piracy and licence compliance (advantageous)

Hybrid working
