Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple product lines including Digital, Print, Video, Virtual Events, and Custom initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and uncompromising delivery standards
  • Use AI tools to improve project tracking, risk identification, status reporting, and team communication, building AI-assisted workflows that increase capacity and reduce manual overhead across the project management function
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve standardized project management practices that drive consistency, efficiency, and quality at scale
  • Facilitate project kickoffs by aligning stakeholders, defining scope, and setting clear deliverables, timelines, and ownership from day one
  • Develop and manage complex project timelines across cross-functional teams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers, and driving solutions before they become delays
  • Lead internal and external status meetings, delivering clear and confident updates on progress, risks, and key performance indicators to stakeholders at all levels
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with shared service teams including Studio, Creative, Ad Operations, Content, Marketing, Events, Copy Edit, and Circulation, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality outputs
  • Oversee virtual and in-studio production coordination, including recruitment, scheduling, logistics, and on-site execution as needed
  • Drive adoption and effective use of project management platforms including Workfront for tracking, communication, and reporting across the team
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, managing workload allocation, performance, coaching, and professional development with a focus on accountability and growth
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and team performance over time
  • Actively participate in leadership development initiatives to continuously strengthen management and operational capabilities

Moody's Ratings affirmed MJH Healthcare's B2 corporate family rating following its agreement to acquire BPD Healthcare for approximately $450 million. The acquisition will be financed with a $430 million incremental senior secured term loan. Despite an increase in debt-to-EBITDA to 5.7x, MJH is expected to reduce it to 5x within 12-18 months.
