Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, an associate's degree in a related field plus four years of health-related experience, a major certification in a related field plus four years of health-related experience, or a high school diploma plus eight years of health-related experience.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • SOFA or command-sponsored status as a dependent of an active-duty service member, Department of Defense employee, or U.S. contractor supporting the Department of Defense.
  • A Missione Visa and Soggiorno permit.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance for a non-sensitive position, Tier 1.
  • At least three years of customer service experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to multiple sites 25–75% of the time.
  • Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities
  • Travel 25–75% of the time to provide coverage, potentially anywhere within the EA region, including Bahrain, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
  • Process beneficiary enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and related transactions using the Defense Online Enrollment System and MHS Genesis.
  • Make individual and batch Primary Care Manager updates in accordance with Military Treatment Facility guidelines.
  • Provide guidance on TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims to beneficiaries in person and by telephone.
  • Provide basic claims-status updates and assistance.
  • Lead informational briefings for in-processing, out-processing, maternity, pre-separation, retirement, and other events.
  • Collect and record daily activities and Other Health Insurance information in applicable systems.
  • Assess the level of assistance required and refer or escalate complex issues for resolution.
  • Comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act regulations and maintain confidentiality and proper handling of Protected Health Information.
  • Complete Leidos and other required training courses on time.
  • Assist with remote support, train new team members, and perform other assigned duties.

Leidos reports $4.6B revenue, raises 2026 guidance on strong Q2 performance

Leidos reported second-quarter revenues of $4.6 billion, up 7% year-over-year, driven by increased demand for defence technology products and energy solutions. Leidos to supply flight-proven infrared sensors to Sierra Space for 18 missile defence satellites

Sierra Space has selected Leidos to provide infrared sensing payloads for 18 missile warning and tracking satellites as part of the Accelerated Missile Defense Tranche 3 (AMDT3) Tracking Layer programme. The satellites will detect and track hypersonic and other advanced missile threats from low Earth orbit. Leidos' payloads combine infrared sensing with onboard digital signal processing, enabling mission-relevant tracking data to be generated directly aboard the satellite. The company will also provide ground support equipment and operations support throughout the programme. The award extends Leidos' contributions across Space Development Agency tranches 0, 1, and 2. The company's four Tranche 0 payloads have operated successfully since 2023, and it is delivering 14 sensors for Tranche 1 and 16 for Tranche 2.
