- A bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific discipline is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in Quality Management, Product Stewardship, or Continuous Improvement disciplines is required.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience is required.
- Expertise in risk management is required.
- Expertise in project management is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the quality organization across the region.
- Implement the new Global Quality Management System.
- Ensure local policies and procedures meet global standards.
- Ensure the organization meets and exceeds industry quality standards.
- Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Support development assignments and movement of talent across units.
- Motivate and challenge team members to drive high performance.
- Hire the best internally and externally.
- Create an inclusive environment that embraces and derives value from diversity.
- Execute performance and career-development discussions.
