Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree in a technical or business discipline
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • You can build relationships with your team using soft skills (communication verbal and written)
  • You can build relationships with senior-level leaders and daily contacts alike
  • Experience with digital marketing, SEO, email marketing and content creation
  • You have to work on your own and thoughtfully develop and also implement recommended approaches to complex problems

Responsibilities
  • You will run marketing and other member-facing projects from conception to delivery across multiple channels
  • You will use data to identify opportunities to engage with members and will determine segmentation and targeting strategies
  • You will work cross-functionally with other teams like Product, Engineering, Copy, Design and Brand to transform your ideas into compelling members experiences
  • You will analyze initiative / campaign performance and develop strategies to promote further growth and improve member experiences
Desired Qualifications
  • Internship in a B2C marketing role
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science
  • Familiar with SQL / other programming languages
  • Intermediate Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) functionality
  • Dynamic personality emphasizing towards solving and creating solutions for complex problems
