- Quality Control of all contracts and that timely executions occur in compliance with Marcus & Millichap policies, are saved and shared appropriately. While maintaining a high level of Confidentiality
- Provide administrative and production support including typing correspondence (letters, memos, reports, etc.)
- Coordinate with the hiring broker in all aspects of a real estate transaction including monitoring the progress of each transaction in escrow to meet contingencies and closing deadlines
- Database administration as needed, including but not limited to uploading new properties and contacts into team database
- Assist in preparation and review of fee agreements, confidentiality agreements, purchase agreements, due diligence documents, etc
- Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing including follow up during due diligence period (Coordination and scheduling for title/escrow, loan applications, inspections, etc.)
- Maintain a marketing schedule of proactive marketing communications activities
- Make phone calls to comparable properties and compile rent, sale and on-market information
- Manage team's marketing (including Constant Contact emails, physical mail and postcard campaigns) and sales pipeline utilizing Microsoft Planner, Salesforce, Excel and/or other tools
- Monitor and report on client engagement with marketing campaigns and ROI on any paid campaigns
- Oversee the team in generating marketing materials: Work with team to develop offering memorandums, broker opinions of value, flyers, brochures, postcards, e-Brochures to clients, etc
- Oversee the team in preparing client mailings to advertise available and sold and closed transactions/listings
- Use the company's editorial style guide to gain knowledge of company marketing and research practices, tools, and regulations and use them appropriately in the preparation of marketing materials
- Assist in the management and distribution of real estate documents such as offers, counter offers, addenda, and listing agreements
- Keep organized, complete transaction files in accordance with state requirements
- Become skilled on the firm's research, technology and marketing tools including knowledge of Marcus & Millichap contracts and their proper use
