Requirements
  • At least 8 years experience of software development in web technologies and architecting scalable systems in a successful high-growth technology company
  • Proven track record of having shipped multiple products
  • At least 2 years of people management experience with at least 4 direct reports
  • Experience with JavaScript / Typescript and modern frontend frameworks like React and Redux
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals
  • Previous experience with CRM (Salesforce / Hubspot) integration and data extraction is a huge asset
  • Passion to build a positive and fun engineering culture
Responsibilities
  • Leading a team that builds solutions to help customers create target audiences and track them using pixel technology
  • Managing one team initially but eventually managing multiple teams through leads for each team
  • Focusing on metrics and execution to ensure the highest performance from the engineering team
  • Championing development methodology and leading scrum ceremonies
  • Promoting software development best-practices and conducting rigorous code reviews
  • Reviewing technical designs, conducting code reviews, and writing code as needed
  • Helping team members troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Working closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure requirements and priorities align
  • Building hiring plans and conducting interviews to identify potential high performing candidates
  • Balancing and prioritizing projects to maximize efficiency and ensure company objectives are achieved
