Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops presentations for client stakeholders
- Evaluate client needs, plans and executes on delivery and implementation plans, and tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
- Assists external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, or solutions.
- Learns web-based technologies and lead clients through implementation and training processes
- Drafts updates to training manuals and other end-user documentation
- Assist send-users with support inquiries utilizing multiple platforms
- Coordinates with team if end-user inquiries need to be escalated
- Assists in conducting online and on-site trainings
- Assists team in developing specifications and testing technical development tasks
- Uses database management systems to gather and analyze data
- Works within a team to accomplish other duties on projects to meet necessary deadlines

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of similar work experience preferred
Working Conditions

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $70,000 - $74,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
