  • Extensive experience in logistics operations, product management, or solution design, with a proven ability to design and deliver logistics products.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular research on local logistics and warehousing & distribution industry trends in the Americas, including customer demands and competitive analysis, ensuring our product strategy aligns with market needs and company goals.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle management for logistics and warehousing & distribution products. Collect and prioritize product requirements, write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and define product features and user experience requirements covering warehousing management, inventory control, order processing, transportation, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with the headquarters supply chain product team to participate in product design, development, testing, and go-to-market processes. Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality releases. After launch, continuously track performance, gather user feedback, and analyze data to enhance product features and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, procurement, and other business teams to understand operational pain points and identify opportunities to enhance the adoption and effectiveness of logistics products, ultimately driving business growth.
  • Monitor industry innovations and competitor products, analyze market data to uncover potential product gaps, and propose innovative enhancements such as new automation technologies or advanced route planning algorithms.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies in the supply chain space (e.g., automation, big data, AI) and explore ways to apply them to enhance product competitiveness.
