The Role:
Business Operations Associate is an essential position within Medely as we enter our growth phase. The team’s mission is to work alongside other departments within the company to help scale, improve and implement new processes that will allow Medely to become the market leader in healthcare staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the needs of our Clinical Specialists, Healthcare Recruiters, Customer Support, and Clinical Account Management teams. You will work closely with our IT, Procurement, Legal, Product, Engineering and many company executives.
We are looking for someone who is looking to continue growing their skill set while also being an integral part of growing and scaling Medely’s internal operations.

What you’ll do:
Engage with leadership, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to clearly articulate needs, opportunities and measures of success from high level strategic requests.
Help manage our Zendesk and Intercom environments
Help project manage and build out implementation strategies for deployment or redeployment of SaaS tools
Aid in implementing new company processes and reporting on their effectiveness
Provide daily support with inbound service requests through Medely’s Helpdesk
Work closely with different teams analyzing and documenting current business processes and requirements to identify gaps to an improved future state.
Develop best practices within Medely for how to operationalize new workflows with a focus on scale and automation
Gain an in-depth knowledge of current processes and business practices through shadowing, interviewing key participants, and maintaining an understanding of the department(s) you support.
Requirements:
BA/BS preferred
3-5 years of experience in an operations, project management, business operations or strategy position
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to accurately document and report findings to a variety of audiences.
Preferred proficiency and experience working with Zendesk, Intercom, Asana, Google Suite, LMS tools, Lucidchart, Excel, Slack
Experience working in ambiguity, navigating conflicting customer needs and developing solutions that satisfies all teams.
Ability to comfortably provide feedback to the Executive Team
The estimated compensation for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, annually.
