  • Technology solution selling experience
  • Sales experience in infrastructure, data storage, cloud, hybrid cloud, or data management
  • Minimum of 3 years inside sales experience or 2 years outside sales experience specializing in new business development
  • Proven track record of sourcing new leads
  • Consistent track record of achieving annual targets/goals
  • Experience supporting sales campaigns using outcome and solution selling techniques
  • Proficient user of Salesforce and other MS Office tools
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • New business acquisition to drive revenue growth
  • Partnering and supporting alongside Client Executive to identify, target, and acquire new accounts
  • Proactively prospecting and engaging potential clients through various channels
  • Documenting progress through use of CRM and building pipeline with partners
  • Ensuring the outcomes for success is closing new business
  • Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators related to new account acquisition, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Ongoing self-education to gain knowledge of Hitachi Vantara Products and offerings
