Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a Visual or Digital Designer with a proven track record of shipping consumer experiences and designing compelling creative assets
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field experience
  • Understanding of mobile and responsive design
  • Experience working on graphic design, motion design and UX prototyping
  • Experience collaborating on user research and having utilized testing methodologies to inform design decisions
  • Love for typography, visual design and design systems is a must
  • Rich portfolio to showcase previous graphic or digital design work delivered
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to drive day to day projects with minimal oversight
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects) and Sketch·
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design
  • Resourceful self-starter who isn't shy when it comes to jumping in and supporting a project with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Comfort pairing with and/or working closely with multiple cross functional teams
  • Experience in E-commerce, HTML, CSS, or SEO a plus
  • A passion for live events (music & sports) is desired
Responsibilities
  • Design a variety of on-brand digital and promotional deliverables across our product, social media, email, internal campaigns and more
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, SEO, and Partnership Teams to source and product on brand web and print materials
  • Design animated gif assets for various placements as needed
  • Collaborate with UX team to unite the visual style across the customer journey, optimizing for conversion and a delightful experience through contextual marketing expressions
  • Source and produce on-brand imagery
  • Produce partner branded web and print materials with each medium's best practices in mind·
  • Assist with internal creative requests aligned with brand
  • Embrace iterative process, share your work with supporting explanation around design decisions to various stakeholders and leadership through the course of design evolution
  • Conduct independent research on multiple aspects of brand, marketing, and social media experiences
  • Complete new hire orientation, gaining the resources you need to be successful
  • Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers
  • Acclimate to team and company norms, business objectives, and Vivid Seats values
  • Collect and update event imagery across concert pages
  • Design internal corporate assets that represent the new brand such as business cards and communication templates
  • Become accustomed to the new brand and photography guidelines
