  • Abstracts and analyzes records to determine ownership and legal restrictions
  • Resolves issues in title documentation
  • Prepares initial title commitment documentation
  • Prepares and reviews reports for accuracy
  • May provide underwriting interpretation within established guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned
