  • Associates degree or equivalent level of experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of integration experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in managing and/or directing teams.
  • Excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, self-starter, well organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day orders in Integration lab.
  • Oversee the training of Integration personnel.
  • Audit and troubleshoot work performed by team members.
  • Collaborate with delivery team and PMO team.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Build processes and procedures within team.
  • Provide coverage for Integration Technicians to ensure daily operations are fulfilled as needed.
  • Be a liaison between other internal departments.
