Requirements
  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI and CI Poly eligibility.
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Five years of experience building solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Hands-on experience building solutions with Power Apps Canvas and/or Model-Driven apps.
  • Proficiency with Power Automate for developing cloud flows and process automations.
  • Working knowledge of Dataverse, data modeling concepts, and building relationships between tables.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Power Fx and basic JavaScript for extending app logic.
  • Ability to build dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Understanding of solution packaging, environment usage, and basic application lifecycle management practices.
  • Experience consuming REST APIs and working with connectors.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, analysts, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while contributing to team projects.
  • Ability to work in iterative or agile development environments.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain Power Apps, including Canvas and/or Model-Driven apps, to support business processes and user workflows.
  • Develop, test, and optimize cloud flows in Power Automate to automate business tasks and integrations.
  • Design and configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and views to support application needs.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or improvements.
  • Create Power BI reports or dashboards and support data modeling as needed.
  • Participate in solution packaging, deployments between environments, and basic application lifecycle management activities.
  • Write technical documentation, user guides, and configuration notes for developed solutions.
  • Follow established development standards, governance practices, and security guidelines.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and technical decisions with team members and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to design discussions and recommend enhancements based on best practices and user feedback.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, and Node.js.
  • Experience with Power Apps Component Framework or desire to learn advanced extensibility.
  • Exposure to Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, or API Management.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker (PL-100) or Developer Associate (PL-400).
