Requirements
  • Graduate from Bachelor's degree program in Accounting between 12/2024 and 6/2025, or within past 24 months.
  • Ability to relocate to Greater Seattle Area.
  • Ability to begin full-time employment on Monday, August 11, 2025.
  • Are 18 years of age or older.
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Accounting (or a dual degree/Master’s degree program you are completing immediately following bachelor's degree) with a graduation conferral date between December 2024 and June 2025, or within past 24 months.
  • Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record.
  • Work, internship, or other leadership experience in a professional environment.
  • Understanding of business fundamentals and accounting concepts.
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication with a keen focus on delivering business results.
  • Demonstrated track record in using data and metrics to make decisions and build scalable solutions.
  • Ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to act strategically and make decisions under ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Support both Central Line (e.g. Financial Reporting, M&A, Intercompany) and Business-line Accounting (e.g. Inventory, Payments, Digital) throughout their time in the program.
  • Be exposed to financial reporting, month-end close processes, internal controls, analytics, technical accounting, digital initiatives, and new business launches.
