We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) - Cloud and AI Apps who is passionate about driving our customers’ application innovation & AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. As part of this role, you will be responsible for technical customer engagements, working with the most challenging and exciting projects within Microsoft Azure and GitHub customer base. This customer-facing position is a hands-on technical role spanning across design, build, and operations with a focus on issue resolution to remove customer technical obstacles and adoption challenges. You will work with customers to lead deep technical architecture discussions and engage with senior customer executives, enterprise architects, platform engineers and developers. You will collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams to develop pilots and oversee implementation projects, ensuring technical blockers are removed on adoption.

Qualifications requises/minimales

• Diplôme universitaire en informatique, technologies de l'information, ingénierie, commerce ou domaine connexe ET au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans les technologies cloud/infrastructure, le conseil/support en informatique (IT), l'administration des systèmes, les opérations réseau, le développement/support logiciel, les solutions technologiques, le développement de pratiques, l'architecture et/ou le conseil
  • OU expérience équivalente.
• Au moins 4 ans d’expérience technique pratique dans le développement d’applications d’IA, avec une expérience récente dans les applications d’IA agentique.
• Microsoft s'engage à préserver la langue française et à promouvoir son usage dans le cadre professionnel le cas échéant. Cependant, pour ce rôle en particulier, la maîtrise de l’anglais et du français est une exigence professionnelle justifiée en raison des tâches techniques et spécialisées nécessitant l’utilisation des deux langues pour répondre aux besoins des clients tout en travaillant de manière intégrée avec des collègues du monde entier.

Qualifications supplémentaires ou préférées

• Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle en contact avec la clientèle (interne et/ou externe).
• Au moins 4 ans d'expérience sur des projets techniques.
• Certification technique en Cloud (par exemple, Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, certifications de sécurité).
• Expérience et connaissances techniques à l'échelle de l'entreprise avec des infrastructures cloud et hybrides, des conceptions d'architecture, des migrations et la gestion technologique. Maîtrise des langages de développement .Net, Java, JavaScript/Node.js ou Python et des frameworks associés.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - L'échelle salariale de base typique pour ce rôle dans l'ensemble du Canada est de 96,000 $ CAD à 177,600 $ CAD par année.

Required/Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years technical hands-on experience building AI Applications with recent experience with Agentic AI Apps. 
• Microsoft is committed to upholding the French language's status and ensuring its use in the workplace where applicable. However, for this specific role, proficiency in both English and French is a bona fide occupational requirement due to technical and specialized tasks requiring the use of both languages to meet customers needs while working in an integrated fashion with colleagues around the world.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications 

• 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects.
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
• Technical experience and knowledge in Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management. Proficient in .Net, Java, JavaScript/Node.js or Python development languages and related frameworks.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $96,000 - CAD $177,600 per year.

• Drive customer/partner relationships to anticipate, identify, escalate, and work to resolve technical blockers to accelerate consumption and solution implementation and proactively uses knowledge of the products, services, and value propositions of Microsoft and its competitors in customer/partner conversations to identify growth opportunities based on knowledge of customer/partner needs.
• Learn new technologies or services that are aligned to customer needs and common patterns seen in Cloud application development and stay current with the latest Azure, AI and GitHub capabilities, cloud application patterns and be a practitioner of one or more enterprise languages .Net, Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, etc. and related frameworks.
• Share ideas, insights, and strategic technical input with technical teams and internal communities as well as participate in external technical community events (e.g., conferences, seminars, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons) and generate new ideas for changes and improvements to existing intellectual property (IP), technologies, and processes for designated customers/partners so as to drive opportunities for IP reuse, best practice sharing and consumption acceleration.
