Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years delivering outcomes, preferably in management consulting, finance, or strategy & operations roles at high-growth B2B technology companies
  • Working understanding of Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Support business models, operations, and metrics
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and decision-support capabilities; ability to stay detail-oriented while elevating the big picture
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Collaborative and empathetic mindset; high propensity to partner and influence cross-functionally across different business units
  • Self-starter mentality, with the ability to act in ambiguous environments or with incomplete information
  • Excellent project management skills, owning and delivering projects end-to-end; able to purposefully identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues
  • Proficient in Excel, working knowledge in SQL (or better)
Responsibilities
  • Long-range (5-year) and annual planning process management
  • Budget allocation decisions across CSG functions
  • CSG and Sales planning alignment
  • Defining the CSG-specific Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, and Measures (V2MOM)
