Requirements
  • A valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state is required.

Responsibilities
  • Perform professional body and facial waxing services using the company’s four-step process.
  • Deliver a consistent, safe, and comfortable guest experience aligned with brand standards.
  • Use sound judgment and skin-analysis skills to identify sensitivities or contraindications.
  • Educate guests on pre- and post-wax skincare and recommend retail products.
  • Build trust and rapport to promote rebooking and Wax Pass packages.
  • Meet or exceed individual service, retail, and rebooking goals.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized waxing suite in accordance with safety, sanitation, and state-board requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions.
  • Develop the skills and leadership qualities needed to train and mentor new Wax Specialists once qualified.
  • Perform external grassroots-marketing events or internal events involving waxing services as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least six months of hands-on waxing experience is preferred, but not required because paid training is provided.
  • Experience in luxury service is preferred.
