Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing degree, preferable.
  • More than 15 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Proven track record of success in building a corporate brand.
  • Experience leading a team of marketers working on paid and earned digital tactics, email marketing and website management.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and experience managing multiple stakeholders in a growth environment.
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Project management experience.
Responsibilities
  • Ownership of company’s brand strategy and articulation.
  • Drive brand growth, enhance brand equity, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Grow awareness and positioning Fluence as a trusted partner and expert across our digital marketing channel.
  • Lead major branding initiatives (e.g., narrative, and visual identity refresh) planning, strategy & execution.
  • Lead brand team as stewards of brand narrative and articulation across all channels to protect the integrity of the brand across the global marketing teams and build its value for Fluence Energy.
  • Collaborate with global teams developing content to ensure adherence to brand standards among the various marketing teams and stakeholders such as Product Marketing and Regional Marketing (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
  • Lead planning, strategy and execution of all graphic design, brand standards, photography/videography, and company giveaways.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on board and investor collateral and other high visibility content (e.g., Sustainability Reports).
  • Develop and maintain all brand assets to power our graphic design capabilities, which includes photography and videography.
  • Ownership of company’s digital marketing strategy and execution for brand marketing and campaigns (e.g., product launches, thought leadership campaigns) to create and maintain elevated levels of audience engagement.
  • Lead management of all digital marketing channels and assets (e.g., website, blogs, emails, and organic and paid social media) to ensure performance and brand consistency.
  • Lead major digital marketing initiatives (e.g., new website) to ensure our continued performance and leadership.
  • Lead efforts to improve processes to improve the data quality of our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) to enable better data quality to power robust reporting and analytics on our business performance, especially as it relates to sales and marketing.
  • Lead planning, strategy, and execution of paid and earned digital marketing tactics to generate leads for our product and services to drive them down the marketing funnel to sales.
  • Own budget for brand initiatives and software marketing.
  • Lead the establishment of processes to scale our global marketing capabilities and impact to support company growth.
  • Lead team of three digital marketing and brand experts, plus graphics design, video editing, and marketing contractors.
