Responsibilities:
- You will have the opportunity to work on a team Project with the C-suite team at APOLLO
- You are a fully integrated member of the Engineering team, and work on:
- Scoping, designing and planning of your development work
- Collaborate with other members of the development team
- Contribute to feature development and bug fixing of our platform
- Regular review and feedback of your work, and provide reviews and feedback to others
- Mentorship opportunities with other engineers and leaders
- Grow your experience as Software Engineer hands on
- Learn about the insurance industry and product offerings
- Bring your own ideas to the table and innovate
- Constantly learning and experimenting is something we highly value
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program within 24 months of graduation
- You’ve completed your second year coursework and are a 3rd or 4th year Computer Science/Engineering student;
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Excellent computer science fundamentals
- Self-starter with desire to grow
* This position is 100% remote anywhere in Canada!
Internship will be 8-12 months in length and start in May 2023.
